Living together with a group of strangers from around the world while following a strict regimented program incorporating yoga, fitness, meditation and detox diet, people can't help but transform! Watch as we follow the transformational stories of our participants as they release old traumas, pain, addictions, and negative self defeating behavior to BREAKTHROUGH to the next level of their lives.
Hosted by Dashama, internationally known yoga & health expert, healer, author and founder of Pranashama Yoga Institute. Expert Guests and Celebrity Hosts may include: Suzanne Sommers author of NY Times Best Seller "Breakthrough", Russell Simmons, Yogi, Philanthropists and TV Star, Deepak Chopra, Spiritual Teacher & Best Selling Author, Dr. Craig Brown, creator of Expansive Medicine to name a few.
Each episode will feature 1 or 2 participants, some will be single others as a couple, to highlight their experience throughout the 30 day experience. We capture the hard times, the good times, the emotional times and the moments the audience will never forget. At the end of the season, we will follow up and show you where they have gone from here and if they've been able to stick with the program or relapse to their old way of being and living.
