Training Schedule for Bali 2015 Yoga Teacher Training. 


Welcome to the Ultimate Transformational Journey. 

Below you will find the monthly schedule, your list of training materials and other important info. 


If you are a beginning level practitioner, you may need to acquire a set of yoga blocks and/or a strap. Even more advanced students can benefit from these props, so please plan accordingly. If you are taking the yoga teacher training, please be prepared by reading in advance the ebooks, listening and practicing along with the audios and videos that have been gifted to you in the 30DYC system.

All students must be on time for the first class starting June 1 at 7am. 

Please confirm all travel arrangements with us by sending your info to contact@pranashama.com so we can ensure you will arrive on time. For 30 day / 300 hour students Check in is May 31 after 4pm and check out is June 30 at noon. For 21 day / 200 hour students, Check in is June 8 after 4pm and Check out is at noon on June 30. For  14 day / 150 hour training, check in is May 31 after 4pm and check out is June 14 by noon. All retreat guests with various check in and check out dates should make special arrangements with us by emailing contact@pranashama.com

*Please arrive with your books and training materials (yoga mat, blocks strap, or any other props you need).

*Please note the schedule below can change at any time, due to extenuating circumstances. If you need to have any time off, it must be cleared prior to your arrival, to maintain the schedule and earn all of the hours for your certification. 

*We may change dates for excursions based upon weather, although June is the best month in Bali with least rain and not so hot, as well as not as crowded with tourists who begin arriving end of June for Bali high season which officially begins in July. 

*Please contact us with any special food requirements, as we will have local, organic, vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian and raw food options daily. 

*We request you bring a 30 day supply of your favorite protein powder and any supplements you prefer, to make smoothies mid day if you prefer.
